Does your health matter to you? If yes, to what degree do you regard that it is important?
For instance, do you "Poo Poo" everyday? Meaning do you clear your bowels everyday?
If you aren't, then you have better pay attention to your body as somewhere in your system is not in right functioning mode.
Do you ever ask yourself whether you have drink enough water throughout the day? And do you know that if your body do not have sufficient water content, "acidity" of your blood makes your feel easily lethargic (tired), headache, etc...
